Made by hand at our Bakewell Bakery, our traditional Bakewell Tart comprises a shortcrust pastry case filled with lashing of luxury seedless strawberry jam. It is finished off with a pale, fluffy sponge filling made with whole egg, almonds, sugar. Our Bakewell Tart comes both fondant iced with a cherry or topped with flaked almond.
